Prepare the manuscript with the journal template. Articles are written in English (or Indonesian), 4,000–8,000 words including references.

• Title: concise, at most 20 words
• Abstract: 150–250 words, without citations
• Keywords: 3–8 terms
• Structure: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion
• References: APA 7th edition, managed with a reference manager such as Mendeley or Zotero; at least 80% from the last 10 years
• Remove all author names from the manuscript file for double-blind review

Every manuscript is first checked by the editor for scope, format and similarity (below 20%). Manuscripts that pass are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers under a double-blind process.

The editor decides on the basis of the reports: accept, minor revision, major revision or reject. Authors have 30 days for a minor revision and 60 days for a major revision. The first decision is normally made within 4–8 weeks.

The journal follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors must submit original work, declare funding and conflicts of interest, and confirm ethics approval for research involving people or animals.

Editors and reviewers keep manuscripts confidential and declare any conflict of interest. Suspected misconduct is handled according to the COPE flowcharts. Generative AI tools may only be used for language editing and must be disclosed.

All articles are freely available immediately upon publication under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Readers may read, download, copy, distribute and build upon the work, provided the original article is properly cited.

Every manuscript is checked with similarity-detection software before review. Manuscripts with a similarity index above 20% (excluding references) are returned to the authors or declined.

The journal's content is archived through the PKP Preservation Network and Google Scholar, and metadata is available to harvesters through OAI-PMH.

There is no submission fee. An article processing charge is payable only after acceptance. Waivers are available for authors who cannot pay; contact the editorial office.
